On July 10th, 2007 Epitaph Records will be releasing the fourteenth studio album from punk rock icons Bad Religion titled New Maps Of Hell. After 27 years together as a band, Bad Religion shows no sign of slowing down, and the new album – produced by Joe Barresi (Tool, Queens of the Stone Age) – offers up the trademark chainsaw sound that Bad Religion fans have come to expect. "I think we're reaching back to our roots as a garage band and doing some really aggressive music," guitarist and co-songwriter Brett Gurewitz says. "But we're also trying to look forward and write some really interesting new rock songs." The band will be performing on the main stage during the Warped Tour this summer.

Also on July 10th, Epitaph will be releasing the debut album from U.K. band Gallows, titled Orchestra of Wolves. The acclaimed band has been creating a major buzz in its native land with a high-octane musical mix of late-70s punk and early-80s hardcore, recording and releasing Orchestra of Wolves on its own dime to universal acclaim. After an explosive SXSW showcase performance, the band was signed by Epitaph and the label quickly made plans to release the band’s album stateside. Gallows will be tearing up the main stage on the Warped Tour and this album shows all the signs of being a barn-burner, so check ‘em out now before they get BIG!!!
